Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. Location was right next door to our event. Never even had to walk outside to get to it. Hotel is very well maintained.

Liked: I've always enjoyed staying at an Embassy Suites. The rooms are always nice and clean. Although management was accommodating I was a little disapointed that my room was not ready. After waiting 1/2 hour after my arrival the room requested was not ready.

The room was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and so friendly that we wanted to hang out with them. The only complaint we had was at 10:45 P.M. - there were 6 boys who appeared to be between the ages of 5-8 playing hockey outside our room (with a hockey goal and everything). Not sure where their parents were but I opened our door (301) and asked them to go back to their room. That was very unpleasant. Everything else was great!

Disliked: Children playing in the hallway at 10:45 p.m.

Liked: Having a suite is invaluable for my family! The rooms here are just perfect for putting the kids to bed and still being able to watchTV and hang out in the living area. Great breakfast with lots of choices. And the pool was cool, clean and lots of fun!
Disliked: I was disappointed by the parking situation. There was plenty of surface parking available but I was told I had to pay for the expensive garage parking.

Liked: It was a great hotel. The room was a little disappointing though. The tub was in rough shape. The microwave wasn’t even plugged in and we tried to figure out how to plug it in but were afraid we might drop it. No sheets or pillowcases for the sofa bed.
