Liked: The lobby, pool, room, bar and a place for you to lounge.
Disliked: I loved everything about the property.

Liked: Amazing breakfast that’s included for free, late checkout for free, extra pillows and blankets brought up for the pullout.
Disliked: They did not let us get our happy hour drinks a little early as we had an event to go to, but I understood.

Liked: the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good, and it was reassuring to see security vehicles on site at all hours.
Disliked: It would be so nice if your Hotel was a no pets allowed facility but at the very least, the pets should be on designated floors only. We were annoyed by a loud, barking dog in the hallway every evening. This occurred on the 11th floor.

Disliked: No heated pool even though it's listed as one of the top hotels in Houston with a heated pool. No whirlpool. We specifically stayed at this hotel for the heated pool when I could have stayed closer to the airport at a hotel with no heated pool. Dissatisfied

Liked: Everything was wonderful except my room wasn't very clean someone forgot to sweep the floors. Clean the mirrors in the front and back the doorknobs had, what looked to be food on it. Wall's had red lookins stains on them i wasn't completely satisfied with my room. Due to those conditions and I'm not the one that complains a lot, but it was a little disgusting.
