Disliked: The hotel needs work. There was only one operating elevator and ice machine. Bathroom shower needed work.

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast selection and the evening cocktail hour. The hotel was in a location that made it easy to get around and the staff was helpful and respectful for the most part.
Disliked: The pool was closed while we were there and it was apart of our plans to be able to swim. The cocktail hour did not include access to the drink machine that was open during breakfast which would be easy to fix plus considerate to those wanting to participate but not comfortable with a bar. Also on the last day there, the fire alarm was pulled by a very upset woman for them not letting her use the phone. I understand that the situation was out of the employees control but the alarm proceeded to go off for the next 40 minutes. Despite there being no danger we had to be outside or risk hearing loss before the sun came up.
