I really enjoyed my stay. Very convenient location to the Sun Dome. Very clean rooms nice and comfortable. The staff in all areas were helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

Your staff members’ bad attitudes...

Liked: The ample towels in the room are nice.
Disliked: Your staff members at check-in were extremely unprofessional and rude. They messed up their process and mislead my father about checking in after waiting 4 hours for the room to be ready. When asked why they gave false information, they we patronizing and insulting with terrible attitudes. It was ridiculous and uncalled for. Fire them or teach them to be adults.Do better.

Disliked: Entire hotel needs updating. Carpets in lobby need vacuuming. Food is mediocre. Omelette station was very good. I slept in the living room and there was noise from the lobby area until very late at night.

Liked: The property was ok. Problems in room. Water running from shower non stop. Room was Pure wellness. But the pure filter was not working properly. Allergic to dust
