Liked: Our daughter wanted to stay at a hotel for her 8th birthday. This hotel was perfect. She had an absolute blast and wants to come back again soon!

We would definitely stay again...

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and the staff did a wonderful job at keeping everything clean.
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t care for was on Saturday night children were running in the hallway playing. I put most of the blame on the inconsideration of the parents BUT I felt the staff should have gone up at some point and said something to the parents. This was still going on after 10:00 pm. I noticed this happening when we got back to the hotel shortly after 9. I went to bed about 10:30 and closed the bedroom door and the noise wasn’t so bad then. Otherwise I would have contacted the front desk.

Adequate but will try not...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent but only offered after 7 AM. There was no shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: The room had a smell of cigarette smoke. One of the TV's did not work. I had two identically sized rooms for two other people. I was charged $250 more for their room. The windows were dirty. The coffee machines in the room made poor coffee.
