Lovely clean hotel. Comfy beds; loved the room layout featuring two rooms. Breakfast was very good, and staff was very attentive. Location of hotel is great!

Great experience; love that most places are walking distance and staff was really nice.

Liked: I loved the customer service and the texting. Texting to enquire about our stay and if anything was needed was really convenient and fast. Rooms were also beautiful and I loved the dual space one room to sleep, one room to relax.
Disliked: The vending machines sucked - two items were stuck and we did not get to eat them because I was not going to spend an extra $3 dollars for chips and cookies.

The room was lovely and the temperature was perfect. We also used the gym and had a scrumptious breakfast made to order. Our linens were soft and room was spotless.

Liked: The evening drinks were delicious and the staff was very professional. The food was just the right amount prior to the event.
Disliked: Nothing.

When the weather was cold...

Liked: I liked that the room had adequate lighting, but it was not overly bright and obnoxious. The front desk staff was very helpful. I like the size of the room. The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: It wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Maybe the elevators were a little slow.? that’s it

Liked: All staff was very friendly: from the valet to the bartender. Room was very comfortable and quiet.Breakfast was excellent with a made to order option and buffet.Food was fantastic. Pool and jacuzzi were very good too.
