Very frustrating

Liked: It had 8 floors and 2 elevators working and 2 broken! Was way too long of waits!!

It's a great property, but...

Liked: The hotel was very nicely designed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location was excellent.
Disliked: My phone didn't work and so I had to go to the front desk to ask for help. The women on the early shift was not very friendly or helpful. Someone had texted me the day before from the front desk asking me if there was anything else I needed, but when I texted back no one answered. The woman at the front desk knew nothing about these text messages. Also, two of the elevators were broken which make the waits to get luggage down in the morning rather long.

Liked: The hotel was very nice overall they need to get the elevators fixed because I had to walk up the steps at least 10 times in the two days that I stayed here but I try to think of it in a positive way it was exercise but if you don't prefer to walk up steps y'all need to get your elevator fix but it's a great hotel delicious breakfast
