Dirty and water damaged. Never...

Disliked: This hotel was in terrible condition. I should have known it would be bad just from the state of the elevator. The room was terribly dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been maintained ever. There were stains on almost every inch of the room as well as water damage everywhere. I would never stay again and was incredibly disappointed.

Superb

Liked: Everything we had a great time enjoyed the indoor pool.
Disliked: Bathroom was messed up, and I had to push/slam to close the door, and it was very hard for my children to open. Also, I don't like the fact that the hotel is set at a certain temperature, knowing in this area how the weather fluctuates... so it was very hot in the room unless we kept the balcony door open.

Would not recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The room was noisy due to the exhaust fan. The television in the bedroom did not work. We informed the staff. They sent someone up while we were out. How did we know that? Because he left his tools behind and the television away from the wall! And it still did not work! My wife left a Pepsi beside her nightstand and woke up with a bug in it. The bathroom was so small that you could not enter the shower with the door open.
