We have stayed in several Embassy Suites and every time the experience is great. The staff are polite and professional and our kids had a blast.

Liked: Location was decent. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the bathroom.
Disliked: Insanely overpriced. "Pure Room" is a complete scam, as I've never been more congested in my life. Bathroom door didn't lock. Pool was cold. Hotel doors that were supposed to be locked "for our safety" did not lock. Breakfast was bland. Rust in the tub. Hair on the bathroom sink. Very dissappointed.
