Liked: Honestly nothing.
Disliked: The staff was very rude. Especially the night shift. No help at all.

Superb

Noisy as there was construction,...

Liked: Comfortable rooms
Disliked: Food okay but choice was limited Construction!

Disappointing

Liked: It's has potential to be a great hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing renovations which means facilities were not open. Toilet had not been cleaned. Room was freezing even without aircon. Bed is old, sagging and can feel springs.

I should have been informed...

Liked: Location was good and was the reason hotel was chosen.
Disliked: The hotel was under major interior construction, thus causing major interruptions and presenting loud noise even during the weekends. Services such as the happy hour reception were not worth it due to being set in a relocated too small of a space. The breakfast had problems maintaining a constant supply of food and had to be relocated due to the construction.

Overpriced for what it is.

Liked: Property was under construction.
Disliked: Bar closed, scaffolding floor to ceiling with construction starting at 6am. Bathroom door didn’t latch shut, sinks leaked, lamps unplugged behind entertainment center, TV mounted off level.

Very good

Liked: Full breakfast buffet, rooms were roomy, beds were comfortable
Disliked: Under construction, some thing were limited, ice machines weren't working

Disappointed

Liked: Normally great aside from the construction
Disliked: I didn’t like that I was told that a manager would get back to me. We’ve stayed there before but did not stay this time. Had an unexpected emergency. I understood that there was a no cancellation policy but still reached out. Property said they’d be in contact and would let me know about a potential future stay credit. Never heard back. Disappointed.

Spacious suites and great location

Liked: We liked that they would make what you like for breakfast. Staff were friendly, and the location is excellent. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in our spacious suite.
Disliked: The ice machines were out of order, and the refrigerator in our room didn’t cool properly. We were unaware that the hotel was in the process of remodeling, but it wasn’t too much of a disruption. We are looking forward to visiting again when remodeling is completed.
