Disliked: The rooms were not well cleaned, and the bathroom was below average. The tub faucet could not be completely turned off, the fan didn’t work, and the tub surface was peeling.

Liked: The hotel decor is lovely and the staff is friendly
Disliked: After I had woken up from my wonderful bed, I went into the bathroom to shower and saw a reddish/orange roach. My friend went to throw out garbage and saw another roach. In the living room area, I noticed a large opening/hole behind the small garbage. I believe the opening is how the bugs are coming into the room and shower. My friend and I were also having issues with the toilet flushing correctly. We only stayed one night in the hotel so we did not mention anything to the staff. I was looking forward to being in the heated pool but it was definitely not heated between the hours of 5-7 pm.

Disliked: Room needed some basic maintenance, bath enamel peeling off/drain not working properly/ door between living room and bedroom stiff. Renovations happening at the time of attendance

Disliked: The value. For what we got, the price was outlandish.
