Liked: Check in process was great minus the system had to be reset. The bed was comfortable and furniture was good. Shower was amazing. The toiletries were great. Including body lotion.
Disliked: Breakfast hours should be earlier on the weekend. The thermostat had to be replaced because our room was freezing. The coffee was like flavored water, it was awful. The pool was freezing,definitely not heated like advertized.

Liked: Location, the main part of the hotel is very nice, the kitchen staff was friendly.
Disliked: I booked this hotel based on the pictures I seen online and my previous stays at Embassy hotels. During this stay, they put my family in a far back separate building that is extremely ranned down compared to the main hotel. The bathroom had lots of swelling and water damage in the walls/ceiling. Room smelled stuffy and wasn't that clean. Was advised that the room was assigned due to me using booking for reservation.

Liked: I liked the evening reception.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good, cutlery was not properly cleaned. I asked the property to transfer to different location but they did not do it. There was laundry but it was paid.
