Room had the stench of urine. It was so strong we immediately walked out. They gave us another room that smelled musty but we coped. Toliet ran all night. They must have plumbing issues.

Liked: Close to bars and clubs.
Disliked: Foul odors.

It was walking distance to the venue. Large suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa in the sitting area. Near Lake Eola, which is nice for walking/running. They had a restaurant, but menus weren't visible - the kids ate there and said it was good. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed to be a safe area. I enjoyed my stay here.

Liked: Complimentary happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast; friendly staff; atrium lobby.
Disliked: Valet parking only (for almost $30); had to park in garage across the street ($5).

Disliked: I guess it was during a time that a festival or something was going on but all the surrounding streets were closed off. So it was kinda difficult to get back to the hotel. But when we reached out to the hotel they responded immediately and offered assistance to help us navigate. So that was a plus!

Disliked: The elevators are under construction and have problems. My room was no clean there was hair in the bathroom and I was kicked out the hotel early due to a fire alarm.

Disliked: False fire alarm; elevators slow, won't allow late checkout, but my digital key was deactivated two hrs before my checkout time.

Liked: Great hotel overall with very spacious rooms, including a separate living room, which was a nice surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the description. The happy hour with free drinks was a lovely touch, and having parking nearby was very convenient.
Disliked: However, the cleanliness of the sheets could have been better. Despite this, it was an enjoyable stay
