Room had the stench of urine. It was so strong we immediately walked out. They gave us another room that smelled musty but we coped. Toliet ran all night. They must have plumbing issues.
Liked: Close to bars and clubs.
Disliked: Foul odors.

It was walking distance to the venue. Large suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa in the sitting area. Near Lake Eola, which is nice for walking/running. They had a restaurant, but menus weren't visible - the kids ate there and said it was good. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed to be a safe area. I enjoyed my stay here.
Liked: Complimentary happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast; friendly staff; atrium lobby.
Disliked: Valet parking only (for almost $30); had to park in garage across the street ($5).

Liked: Property was neat and clean. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast selections in the morning. Happy hour was a nice touch
Disliked: Parking off site. Ticket didn’t work and had to walk back to the front desk to have it corrected.

Overall I was pleased and...
Liked: The common spaces and the guest suites were recently renovated. Everything appeared new, clean, and well-maintained.
Disliked: There was additional cost for parking accross the street (public parking lot) and it was limited depending on the time of day.

Liked: Breakfast, room & beds were great with close by parking.
Disliked: The hotel only had 1 out of 2 working elevators which required extra wait time each time we went to/from our room.

Liked: Great location. The breakfast was nice. The centralized bar in the middle of the hotel was a nice surprise.

Frustrating Stay
Liked: I Really like the facility and everything about it was very nice
Disliked: I did not like that my credit card was checked and funds were pending long before the 4 p.m check in. I had (11 pending charges by the end of my stay for a (2) night stay for (2) different rooms. When I called concerning this issue, the hotel worker tried to over talk me instead of listening to my problem.I also did not like that their was no parking provided for our stay, and we were charged $22 per day extra for parking in the hotel "Parking Spot" on top of the already expensive room fee. When booking through the third party booking where I always book my hotels, there was no info about the extra parking fee...
