Nice hotel no hot water

Liked: The hot water was out and no alternatives or discounts were provided. When we told the front desk staff, they said it was hotel wide and offered us Hilton Honors points. Not being an HH member, we were unable to get a discount or anything beyond an apology.

Liked: Clean and nice ambience about the main lobby and breakfast/bar area
Disliked: Drove 6 hours and arrived late night for interview early the next day. Heater inside room began making loud bass noises ratting the entire wall, waking me up. Called desk and they came to look and we had to repack all luggage and move to another room. Fall asleep in new room and TV turns on by itself, waking me up again.I only got 4 hours sleep for my interview. Was let down they did not offer to reduce my ticket. They did say I was going to get some Hilton points, but never got.

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: The room was very spacious, but waling in there was a odor of urine or musty smell, probably from old carpet. Also we had several baby roaches in our bathroom and the bar area, so we were not able to the bar, just the fridge.. I told the front desk and gave them pictures of the roaches, when i checked out ..
