Enjoyable time in a comfortable...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Liked: Staff was friendly, everything was clean and relaxing.

Liked: The location was fairly good, right by the interstate and easy to access. The afternoon staff was nice, but unable to help us.
Disliked: We reserved a King Bed- Corner Suite room. We arrived and checked in, only to find when we got up to our room that we were in a corner suite that smells STRONGLY of cat pee, has a stained couch, and has 2 double beds instead of a queen. We explained the situation to the front desk who blamed it on the 3rd party site we were using, but the manager offered to fix it and change our room to a king. Great, No problem! We go to the new room later that evening to find that our key cards don’t work for our new room. We go to the front desk, they tell us that our room was never changed. Very unpleasant towards us, eye rolls and everything. Finally, agrees to change our room to a king bed per our reservation, refuses to reduce the rate in spite of downgrading the room. We get to the room: also smells like cat pee and all of the furniture is stained. In short: don’t recommend. Rooms are okay, but the smell is horrible. The staff ranges from incompetent to outright antagonistic.

Liked: I’ve stayed at many Embassy Hotels. This is one of my favorites.
Disliked: Needs more room service choices.

Disliked: Absolutely everything where do I start. This is the worst embassy I have ever gone to. It's old and very outdated. Let's start with the breakfast it was cold, and they held the sausage and half cooked bacon hostage. Everything was cold

Liked: Staff were all friendly and helpful, happy hour with drinks and snacks was a nice surprise, bartender was very attentive to a full bar.
Disliked: No hot tub, beds not that comfortable, showers need some updating and deep cleaning.

It was amazing

Liked: I love it all. The staff the pool the food.

Liked: Breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The mattress on the sofa bed needs replaced. It was not comfortable at all. I paid 300 + and didn't have a comfortable place to sleep. Also I'm not a fan of having to pay to park now.
