I really enjoyed my stay - very clean and very friendly people working there.

Disliked: The shuttle was late so we had to take our car.

This is my second stay...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Most staff was friendly.
Disliked: The omelet station needs more than one person working there . I felt bad for the lady who was working alone and the line was so long....Also tried to order room service at 9:35 p.m. and no one answered the phone. Ran down to the bar and they were closing. Was told to go to front desk to alert them of problem with the room service phone and that bar was closing early. I didn't feel that it was my job. Just showed the lack of customer friendly service to me.

Good location being safe and...

Liked: Everything and we did not even experience the food portion but to have good customer service and the quality of the stay and helpfulness of all the employees that we can in contact with was extremely top tier!!
Disliked: Booking thru a third party did not allow us to be gifted on arrival so there are even more perks for members and it was definitely something to look forward too

Disliked: There was rust at the bottom of door frame on bathroom door and parking spots are very narrow. Also Vally parking was not available when we could have use them.
