We reserved our room online and chose the 2 double bed options. Family of 4 with 2 small children...reminded the worker at check-in that we had 2 double beds and we were still placed in a room with a King and pull out sofa in the sitting room. Needless for say, for those of you that have small kids- putting a 4 year old and a 1 year old in another room by the front door (which unlocks when you open the door from the inside) separated by a mini kitchen is not the best idea. The hotel had no other rooms so we had to make do- my husband spept with one child and I slept with the other. We've stayed at Embassy Suites in Montgomery before without the kids and it was great, so we were very disappointed with this experience. At least, we should have been told at checkin that our room wasn't available.

Liked: The desk attendants were amazing! The food was excellent! The rooms and hotel was clean and I even saw a custodian mopping the floor and you could smell the bleach he was using. The place is clean and well kept! I would gladly stay again!

Disliked: The front desk double charged me for my stay at check in by accident now I’m having to wait 5-7 days for that refund of $520. Very disappointed
