Disliked: The damn fan in the room was so noisy that we could not sleep, plus, the temperature control was not in our control.

Disliked: One of their workers was very rude. I was working out at the gym area when a Filipino old man came in asked for my age and the way he asked me was very rude. I know i look young at my age but interrupting me while i was working out wasn’t nice. Never going back to place.

How the mighty have fallen...

Liked: Room was comfortable and spacious. Location convenient for my visit
Disliked: I stayed in this hotel regularly in the 90's when on business travel, during which time it was an extremely comfortable home away from home. The atrium area was lovely, with koi ponds, trees and plants, giving a relaxed atmosphere. I'm not sure when it was given a makeover, but ripping out all the things which made it lovely was not a great idea. It's now sterile, cold and unwelcoming, I wouldn't choose to spend any time there. The breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing, with lukewarm cooked food and stale muffins/bagels being the lowlight for me. Also, charging $15 a night for parking (previously free)? How else are you going to get to a hotel in California other than driving? Just another way of extracting money. Corporate cost cutting and money grabbing has destroyed all the charm this place once had. I won't be back.

Room was nice but staff...

Liked: Breakfast was great and rooms were clean.
Disliked: Someone on site poured coffee on my vehicle and when I spoke with staff, the lady at the front desk asked another worker to help with providing something to clean with. The other worker stated “what am I supposed to do about it” and refused to help. He then stated he was too busy and walked away after giving me attitude.
