Liked: Breakfast was great happy hour was busy but nice compliments
Disliked: Our AC didn’t work

Great staff will stay there...

Liked: Great staff, great breakfast and great shower
Disliked: Parking was difficult the first night and the ac in our room did not cool properly it was warm in our room

Liked: Everything was close to the hotel
Disliked: It's a older Hotel it needs to be updated and it wasn't as clean as I expected because we stay at Embassy in different states all the time

Hotel needs an update

Liked: Breakfast had a buffet style set-up with many options - best feature was the made to order eggs/omelette/bacon
Disliked: Pull out sofa couch was very uncomfortable and mattress was worn. Very small bathroom. Bathroom sink is right in the bedroom and separate small room with shower and toilet. Did not feel secure with privacy because entry door to room is glass and covered with a clothe drape (which is also dated and worn and not fresh smelling) it is very easy for someone to peak through side and see a glimpse of room inside when walking by. It is not a solid private door - very strange.

Passable

Liked: Breakfast was great. Loved the made to order omelet. It was nice to have a couple of bottled waters in the room. I liked the kuerig coffee maker.
Disliked: On the ceiling in the living area of our room was a large black spot. Many of the fake plants in the common area were very dusty. It just seemed overall poorly maintained. I've stayed in other Embassy Suites years ago, and this one was a little disappointing.

A little disappointing

Liked: Nice room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4:30 so we had to change clothes in the bathroom to get to our dinner reservation. Then there was a fight outside our window on the patio about 11:15 pm.

Nice but untrustworthy

Liked: Clean Good ambience Staff was nice
Disliked: The hotel housekeeping disregarded the “do not disturb “ sign on my room door and went in and stole my belongings. I had an agreement with the manager on site that I’d be reimbursed for a night and over a week later I haven’t received the funds from that.
