My expectations were far greater...

Liked: The King suite was perfect for the occasion. The separate sleeping areas was perfect
Disliked: The pool is extremely small. I didn’t like that you pay for surface parking. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was about as thick as two floor mats and the cover on it was dirty.

Liked: The entire staff were AWESOME!!
Disliked: We would have appreciated having a protein (bacon, sausage) available in the self-serve breakfast area without having to ask the cook (who was very busy). However, the “free breakfast” was wonderful, as usual!

Liked: Room was dark and quiet.
Disliked: One of coffee machines was not working. In general I did not like using the coffee machine. Coffee was quite bland.When I made reservation, was not made aware that parking was extra. Should have been pointed out.

I highly doubt i will...

Disliked: Housekeeping took my daughters pillow from our room. I spoke with two different people at the front desk and no response from management. We did not get her pillow back, nor have we had any communication from the hotel management. I had to buy my daughter a new pillow and received no compensation from the hotel.
