It was nice but our concert was unexpectedly cancelled and we had to pay for a room we really didn't need.

Liked: Great location, always clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. The staff was absolutely fantastic.
Disliked: We rented for New Year’s Eve and paid for the 2 bedroom suite upgrade so we all had tvs to watch the ball drop. However only one tv out of the 3 worked so everyone had to come in one bedroom to watch the tv. Picked this hotel for the indoor pool. The pool area was really hot, so we thought the pool would be nice and warm, but the water was freezing and no one wanted to swim long. And it was disappointing that there was no jacuzzi since online it stated - pool and spa.

Liked: Location to the interstate was good. The lobby was pretty (fountain and faux plants).
Disliked: We went down to eat breakfast at 9am (breakfast ended at 9:30am) and they were completely out of food. The hot bar that serves made to order omelets were out of eggs, and the prepared buffet trays were totally empty (eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, muffins etc).The cleanliness wasn’t great. The rooms were “okay” but pretty dingy. Dust was built up on the railing and countertops in the main lobby/dining area.Overall, not bad for the price but you get what you pay for.
