Every Embassy Suites employee I encountered was amazing. Needed to switch rooms because of construction noise - no problem, it was handled quickly without an issue. Needed a late check out time for Sunday since my son was racing in the evening and he needed to eat and sleep before finals - once again, no problem. Wished my son good luck. It was all the little things like wishing my kid good luck that made the experience better than I expected it to be. Now I need to let Embassy Suites higher-ups know directly just how great their staff were during our stay.

Liked: The hotel is currently under renovations but the staff do an amazing job keeping the noise and dust from construction to a minimum.
Disliked: I expected the rowdy Big 10 Championship fans to be very loud when they returned but the staff once again did an amazing job in controlling the situation for us swim parents.

Hotel great; room great; breakfast great; happy hour great. It was perfect location and everyone was so helpful!

Disliked: The fact that there was only one working elevator. My room had alot of things broken and dirty linen with hair all over the floor and I took pictures. I had to inform staff and then move my things to a different room with 3 small children. We stayed two nights and I wasn't pleased at all.

Liked: Staff was not very helpful. It was like pulling teeth to get information from them. We had to figure out a lot of things like check in and parking on our own. They were also rude when we asked questions or made requests.
