Every Embassy Suites employee I encountered was amazing. Needed to switch rooms because of construction noise - no problem, it was handled quickly without an issue. Needed a late check out time for Sunday since my son was racing in the evening and he needed to eat and sleep before finals - once again, no problem. Wished my son good luck. It was all the little things like wishing my kid good luck that made the experience better than I expected it to be. Now I need to let Embassy Suites higher-ups know directly just how great their staff were during our stay.

Liked: The hotel is currently under renovations but the staff do an amazing job keeping the noise and dust from construction to a minimum.
Disliked: I expected the rowdy Big 10 Championship fans to be very loud when they returned but the staff once again did an amazing job in controlling the situation for us swim parents.

Hotel great; room great; breakfast great; happy hour great. It was perfect location and everyone was so helpful!

Liked: The breakfast is always a hit! The room was clean and enough room for our purpose.
Disliked: There were 2 major concerts in downtown Indianapolis and the hotel was packed and they only had 1 working elevator in a hotel with over 15 floors. It was ridiculous. We walked down the steps a few times just to avoid a 15 or 20 minute wait.

Would not recommend this hotel

Liked: Elevator did not work paid 900 for a room to go to Taylor Swift concert bed was hard pillows awful understaffed for such a big event customer service was not great could tell they were irritated and snappy not much to say I liked other than location

The stay was mediocre.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast did not provide a container to take back to room, it was busy, and I just wanted to have a quiet morning. A set of elevators was down, making it difficult to enter and exit 17 floors with luggage. Directions were not provided by staff regarding the hotel amenities (gym location), I had to text the number the following morning prior to departure. Paying an extra $40+ to park in the attached garage. After the event we were in town for, there were no options open to get a bite to eat, unless you wanted a snack for the side room provided by check-in.
