Every Embassy Suites employee I encountered was amazing. Needed to switch rooms because of construction noise - no problem, it was handled quickly without an issue. Needed a late check out time for Sunday since my son was racing in the evening and he needed to eat and sleep before finals - once again, no problem. Wished my son good luck. It was all the little things like wishing my kid good luck that made the experience better than I expected it to be. Now I need to let Embassy Suites higher-ups know directly just how great their staff were during our stay.
Liked: The hotel is currently under renovations but the staff do an amazing job keeping the noise and dust from construction to a minimum.
Disliked: I expected the rowdy Big 10 Championship fans to be very loud when they returned but the staff once again did an amazing job in controlling the situation for us swim parents.

Liked: The breakfast was very nice, good variety & excellent staff. The staff was very attentive to any needs. Very clean! All staff greeted you & made it a very good meal
Disliked: The air conditioning would BANG whenever it started up. The furniture was god awful uncomfortable. There was only one set of elevators working. Overall the facilities were VERY disappointing for the amount of money we paid.

Liked: We booked a suite which was a great size for a family with children.
Disliked: 1. When booking we wanted something walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, and with a pool as we were celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday. The night before check in- fine print stated that the pool was out of service, and it was too late to cancel. 2. 2/4 elevators were out of service- also noted in the fine print the night before our stay. Thankfully we were in the 6th floor and could take the stairs 3. The room didn’t feel extremely clean, and there wasn’t many towels 4. On my receipt I was charged $92 for parking (2 night stay), and when we scanned our code to leave the parking garage, we also had to pay $92. So I assume the front desk didn’t validate our parking slip. 5. The employees at the front desk weren’t very accommodating- I expressed my disappointment in the pool being closed and asked if parking could be comped due to the inconvenience and was told no. My father in law was asking to have parking for his vehicle validated, but was told no because there was only one car registered to our room (not that anybody at the desk considered to ask), and I was told a note would be put in for management to contact me to discuss these issues..for which that was never followed through. I spent just under $1,000 for a 2 night stay to have bare minimum clean room, get double charged for parking, and have half the “amenities” out of order.
