Every Embassy Suites employee I encountered was amazing. Needed to switch rooms because of construction noise - no problem, it was handled quickly without an issue. Needed a late check out time for Sunday since my son was racing in the evening and he needed to eat and sleep before finals - once again, no problem. Wished my son good luck. It was all the little things like wishing my kid good luck that made the experience better than I expected it to be. Now I need to let Embassy Suites higher-ups know directly just how great their staff were during our stay.

Liked: The hotel is currently under renovations but the staff do an amazing job keeping the noise and dust from construction to a minimum.
Disliked: I expected the rowdy Big 10 Championship fans to be very loud when they returned but the staff once again did an amazing job in controlling the situation for us swim parents.

Hotel great; room great; breakfast great; happy hour great. It was perfect location and everyone was so helpful!

Disliked: Check in was very slow, but they were busy. They were helpful also even though it took a loon time.

Liked: Location, breakfast was good
Disliked: Paint was peeling off the ceiling, above the shower. Elevator was not working in the parking garage and on of the two sets inside the hotel was not working. This made for long waits and crowded rides in the one set that was working. Parking garage was expensive

Liked: Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: This property does not have any parking at all. You can park in a parking garage next to the hotel but they have nothing to do with it. I checked in and went back out to pack my bags in and the tow truck had me loaded and ready to pull off w my SUV, apparently I had parked in a regular car parking and not large vehicles parking, the guy charged me $75.00 to drop my car. There are only 2 levels of parking because large vehicles are not allowed on 3rd level, your other option is to park on the street w meters.
