Large room, well organized, great...

Liked: Beautiful large room….clean, well organized….even a night light in bathroom. Everything is well thought out. Wonderful dinner and breakfast. Complimentary drinks at cocktail hour. Plan to stay here in future. Highly recommend!
Disliked: We were totally pleased! No negatives!

Excellent accommodation, poor shuttle service.

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. Great variety and excellent omelette station.
Disliked: Airport shuttle service was not available despite advertising 7-11 service time. My flight arrived at 10:15 and when I called hotel for pickup was informed shuttle not available. Taxi cost an additional $34.

Liked: Pricing and amenities for a Hilton property were as expected. Bed was comfortable and staff was attentive. Omelet Station at breakfast was fabulous. Breakfast choices plentiful.
Disliked: Food Service in general. Coffee during our Christmas party in the ball room was bitter and barely lukewarm. Others complained about that as well. Other than the Omlete station, the hot items were lukewarm to cold.

A super comfortable room suite...

Liked: The hotel was great, each person that I came across that worked there was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the cook to order station for eggs had a great cook and the breakfast was the best of any hotel on our week long trip throughout South Carolina. The experience even made us want to look for a Hilton with similar options as we traveled and we found one and stayed there. We plan on coming back to this one in a few months.
Disliked: nothing was not great...

Very good

Liked: the breakfast was good and I liked that the staff let me get a cup of coffee early rather than having to wait. This year there was plenty of soap in the shower despensores.
Disliked: while the rooms were clean the hallways looked as though they had been neglected. There was a stain/? outside the 3rd floor elevator that looked as though someone had gotten sick.
