I was very pleased and...

Liked: The lady at the front desk who helped me was pleasant, professional and very informative. The food and drinks were great. The hotel was very clean.

Liked: It was great a day the staff were so amazing
Disliked: No room service and we had to find dishes and silverware for our food we ordered to our room, and the bar opens kinda late.

Disliked: Was unfortunate for such a beautiful place not to have a hot tub, also the creamer for coffee was all expired in my room

Liked: The staff did their best to accommodate everyone. The food was good.
Disliked: Rooms weren't ready for guests because so many of the cleaning crew had called off. The lobby was full of guests waiting for their rooms. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready. There was pizza sauce smeared on the walls of my hotel room. The recessed light in the ceiling outside our room had fallen and was dangling from the ceiling in front of our door. The restaurant was understaffed with zero wait staff, so it took about 1.5 hours for us to get our food. The pool was closed the next morning so we couldn't swim before checking out. The heat didn't work well in the room, so it only felt like it was about 68 degrees. The phones were down so the front desk was unreachable. The "free upgrade" from 1 king to 2 doubles meant that I had to share a smaller bed with my daughter who was cold and scared by the dangling light.
