Dissatisfied

Liked: Rooms were not close far apart and I am with children as I expressed in my note I am very upset I can not use other room I would like a refund I am very un pleased and my daughter party is not going well because of rooms

Great place to stay, But...

Liked: I love everything from the Happy hour to the breakfast. Evening the check out process was easy.
Disliked: I stayed on the second floor and woke up to brown stuff on the floor. From the sink in the front room. I addressed the issue with them at the front desk. I was checking out so they waited for us to check out and fix the problem. They are aware of this issue and I think this should be fixed before someone else stays in the room I stayed in. But from my understanding it's only the second floor that has this problem. I didn't get I'm sorry this happened or anything. I love this hotel so please have that issue fixed.
