Oldie but a goodie
Liked: Great locations for shopping rooms are outdated .. pool and hot tub didn't look clean, maybe because it was overcrowded with kids. 12.50 for parking. .is insane when the surrounding hotels are free

Liked: Comfortable hotel. Everything went great. Teenage son was able to keep himself occupied on his own by swimming in the pool. I highly recommend it

Liked: The entire team was very nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent . Happy hour was a bonus .

The stay was disappointing.
Liked: The hotel is in a good location surrounded by businesses and restaurants.
Disliked: The hot water was not working in our sink or shower our first morning at the hotel, so I had to wash my face in cold water and could not phantom taking a cold shower in the winter, so I did not shower before breakfast. I called the front desk and they called their engineer. About ten minutes later, I heard a noise in the pipes while I was in the bathroom. We walked out our room and the engineer was there and said he was sent because we did not have hot water. He asked to come inside the room. We followed the engineer back inside the room and waited while he went in the restroom to correct the issue. I few minutes later he said the water is warming up. I went in the restroom to check the temperature of the water. The water was warming up like the engineer said. I thanked him and asked what he did. He said nothing just let it run. I told him I did that before calling the front desk and the water was ice cold and did not warm up in the sink or tub. The engineer left the room and apologized for the inconvenience. Though it did not take long for the engineer to correct the problem, good customer service would be a follow up call, a discount on the bill or offer of some sort for the inconvenience of not initially having hot water.Also…The flavor of the breakfast was very bland and the menu had less of a variety than the breakfast menu previous stays.The hotel should also offer vegetarian options. Our second day, I skipped breakfast because the day before was not good at all & in past times, breakfast was a drawing factor that caused us to select embassy suites over other hotels.

Liked: Rooms were not close far apart and I am with children as I expressed in my note I am very upset I can not use other room I would like a refund I am very un pleased and my daughter party is not going well because of rooms
