Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: Something from my room went missing when I left the room. I had my electrolytes on the table and when I came back it was gone. Which means one of the staff came in and stole it. I won’t be coming back

Liked: We reserved the room to take our kids swimming for the weekend. The pool was closed for maintenance through out the whole day. Should have maintenance completed when the pool is closed.

Disliked: I did not like the responsiveness of the staff. Nor sure if management needs to hire. I will not stay at this location again. I tried calling multiple times before I checked in because I had questions Every-time I did the person said the greeting then said please hold and never came back to me. When I stayed there I called room service and guest service my role times to order room service from 8 pm until finally at 937 pm when guest service said room service was until 930 pm. She transferred me and I explained to room service that my foot was very swollen and could not walk downstairs to the snack bar and has been calling for over an hot and a half. He disconnected the phone. Not very happy with the service
