Nice room; had a great stay. I would definitely book here again.

Liked: The room; the amenities.

It was not the best...

Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: Stuffy room, pool out of order on Wednesday my Bday no, broken vent in bathroom, ice machine broke on our floor had to walk to another floor, not enough towels and wash clothes, toilet was running & tv was not updated

Disliked: Liked everything

Overall it was good

Liked: Staff was nice, room was comfortable and spacious. Did not get to eat breakfast
Disliked: The pool area was cold including water. Thermostat did not work. Maintenance came but they said it was nothing they can do about it. The kids tried to enjoy themselves but that only lasted for a good 30mins.

Disliked: Someone tried to break in our car, the staff does not want to answer the phones. Room did not have enough towels and washcloths. The staff failed to bring up supplies for the room after calling 6 times on the room phone and then I had to call off my cell phone to get someone to answer. The pool water was ice cold. The bed sheet had stains on them. The carpet was peeling up !

Liked: Breakfast AND THE BREAKFAST staff excellent. Van driver excellent, very helpful.
Disliked: TV in BR did Not work, ice machine out of order, rain came in thru ceiling in breakfast room, and check n perwson was surly and arrogant.
