We loved staying at Embassy Suites! It was our first time staying in an Embassy Suites but it won't be our last. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. We'll be looking for an Embassy Suites from now on when we travel.

Disliked: The furniture was old and itchy. The shower faucet leaked the whole stay. There was no hand soap or enough towels. The phone in the suite didn’t work.

Beautiful on the outside, rooms...

Liked: I loved the sound of the waterfall and how open everything felt when walking in. I love the indoor pool.
Disliked: I was surprised with the price we paid how out of date the room was. Our room needed a whole new bathroom, new carpet, and paint. I wasn't sure if the carpet had been vacuumed, because I stepped on small pieces of "trash" as soon as we arrived.

Liked: I loved the look and the breakfast was great!!! Staff was so nice and helpful. room was great!!! Love that we always have a side private balcony. Rooms are always clean and up to standards
Disliked: Everything was great. Really didn't have any complaints about anything.
