We loved staying at Embassy Suites! It was our first time staying in an Embassy Suites but it won't be our last. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. We'll be looking for an Embassy Suites from now on when we travel.

Friendly staff but the amenities...

Liked: Location and nice rooms.
Disliked: I am a Hilton Honors member and they did not have the welcome bags available when we checked in, was told to come back later. No bar of soap in our room, body wash ran out after one shower. After the first night house keeping cleaned our room for roughly 20 min because we could see our room while eating breakfast. Our bed was not even made and the shower gel was not refilled and no bar of soap. Both nights of our stay I called to ask for an additional pillow. Night one someone brought towels and no pillow, night 2 I was told they were out of pillows. We noticed many rooms had well over 6 people per room, so that’s probably where all the pillows went. WiFi asked for Last Name and room number, I guess our information was never put in their system bc it didn’t work and we were not able to access WiFi. Our sink drain did not work, and would fill the entire sink up in a matter of seconds. Water temp in the shower was never hot, even all the way up. Barely Luke warm. We stayed here last year and it was a much better experience, even though the rooms have fresh paint and carpet now.
