Service is exceptional. The staff are so nice and accommodating. The Manager's Reception feels like a reception and not just an event. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. Thanks.

Disappointing.

Liked: The staff
Disliked: I cut my trip short, my kids were excited about the pool, we we arrives I was informed it was shut down. Super sad because that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel for the family get away.. the TV in out suite wasn’t working and we found roaches in the bathroom. I checked out the next morning.
