Service is exceptional. The staff are so nice and accommodating. The Manager's Reception feels like a reception and not just an event. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. Thanks.

Disliked: The beds were very old and very much used. One side of my bed was so used that I kept rolling over into that side of the bed. The elevators have not been checked in three years so that’s a safety issue. Our bathtub did not drain and there was no vent in the bathroom to vent all the steam or smells we were in room 327.

Nice, surprisingly quiet stay.

Disliked: It's a bit pricey considering the fishbowl setup, but it's a conference hotel. So, it's par for the course.
