Don’t stay here. Stay somewhere...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The view was horrible. When asked to move rooms the front desk said there wasn’t anything they could do, then said well maybe we can do something to help (got our hopes up), then move us to a room with even worse view and smaller room. The staff then proceeded to laugh at my mom and I for requesting to go back to the original room. They weren’t friendly, they weren’t helpful and won’t be staying there again.

Liked: Room was amazing, breakfast was awesome! Location was great. Rested great because it was so quite. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Pool was smaller than I thought and my son said it was freezing

Liked: The access to the up on the roof restaurant which was very good!
Disliked: It wasn’t clean. The hall had a empty dirty bowl on the ground the entire trip, broken glass was on the ground, the ac was very weak, the pillows were so flat, the tub drain was clogged, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the breakfast was small and not enough food was available

Liked: Front desk as so helpful and friendly!
Disliked: Breakfast was not up to my expectations. It said "made to order," but nobody was at the omelet station, and the pancakes and sausage seemed to be from frozen boxes. I remember Embassy Suites breakfast being much better.

Liked: Loved the location and room.
Disliked: Breakfast was a disappointment. Other embassy suites have provided a much better breakfast than here. Only ate breakfast here the first morning, went out to eat the rest of stay.

Disliked: Living room furniture stained and worn
