Liked: I liked the location and easy access to where I had to go
Disliked: I had a bug in my bed when I checked in, the sheets where dirty. Also there was a stain in the mattress as if someone peed in it and it wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t replace the mattress… and told me they can cover the mattress or void my transaction for payment of my room at 11:00 pm. Completely unacceptable to pay over 200 dollars for a room where bedding isn’t changed properly.

It sufficed, but didn't win...

Liked: I big thank you to Veronica, Claudia, Tyrone and the entire housekeeping and kitchen staff. They were, by far, the most professional and welcoming of the staff. I found the front desk and management to be quite cold, robotic and perfunctory.
Disliked: I didn't like the lack of access to any food/drink throughout the day. Also, the front desk really needs to be schooled in how to be personable and welcoming.
