Booking cancelled due to overbooked...

Disliked: My booking was cancelled when I arrived at 1am due to the hotel being overbooked. They had booked me another hotel which I also had to pay and now I am not getting my money back for this booking which was paid in advance

Near the shopping mall, good...

Liked: --Breakfast ok--Location a bit away, however near a very big shopping mall--
Disliked: --Parking charges, even though it was next to a huge free parking space in a mall--I think the Jacuzzi was outdated and did not work, we even requested the Technician to fix, he gave up

Liked: Close to airport with shuttle services
Disliked: Hallway edges were very dirty but room was clean.
