Good to stay in hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was very good due to the variety of food and drinks with high-quality items and considering all cultures. The room was well equipped with essentials such as TVs, a Fridge and a microwave. The location is ideal for shopping as it is located walking distance from Jersey Gardens Mall and the bus station is close to transport to any place in NW
Disliked: There was a break in the hot water system, resulting in two days (of our 10-day stay) without hot water in the room. We had to take showers by using the coffee machine water, and the hotel did not offer any other solution, such as providing a water boiler (kettle). However, we understand the situation as this problem included the entire hotel. As compensation, the hotel stated that they would refund us the cost of 2 nights (they offer this while we did not ask for it), but this has not happened so far. We notified this in the hotel post visit survey, but there have been no updates so far. However, this would not change our satisfaction of the other aspects we mentioned in the above survey. I would advise you to be careful of the operators` statements to guests as this would affect the credibility of the hotel.

Liked: Perfect for the three of us travelling and needing our own bed space. Loved the kitchen option
Disliked: Nothing

It was overall a great...

Liked: The location, rooms and service, however we had no hot water for our 1 night stay which wasn't cool. We were not compensated for that inconvenience, so that would be my one negative.
Disliked: No hot water for bathing!
