Liked: When I arrived, the front desk of the hotel told me the reservation from booking.com was cancelled. They had to rebook my reservation and charged for my stays at the front desk. Then my bank informed me later that booking.com charged me the amount of 3 nights, and the hotel charged me the amount of 3 nights, meaning I was double charged!How did this happen??

GREAT STAY

Liked: EXCELLENT LOCATION TO WALK TO THE BUELL THEATER. DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PARKING
Disliked: PILLOW COULD BE BETTER

Great location, good breakfast and...

Liked: I loved the location, the room types, the way the space was set up. We also loved the breakfast which was included and the manager’s reception
Disliked: The pool was closed during our stay which we knew about in advance but it was still disappointing
