Liked: Beautiful Hotel with Amazing friendly staff. Perfect location not very far from the airport with access to the hotel shuttle.
Disliked: For such a beautiful hotel, the rooms was very clean and the meeting room was not clean at all

We love Embassy Suites and...

Liked: The location was great!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Cocktails and breakfast were good!
Disliked: The sheets on the bed had holes all in them. The blanket for the pullout sofa was dirty and gross. The bathtub was rusted and cracked and neither phone in the room worked.

The suite is nice, but...

Liked: I loved the suite with the balcony. It was nicely furnished and well-designed. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The name on the TV screens is a nice touch, but I would have liked the names of both guests.
Disliked: The windows seemed to be single-paned, so there was quite a bit of street noise. The staff did not feel a sense of urgency to check people in even when there was a line. The bar was crowded and quite limited. When we returned to the hotel just after 9pm after dinner, we had to park very far because there seemed to be an evening event. For the amount we paid, I would have expected better service and a better ambiance.

Very poor

Disliked: The room was not cleaned in spite of multiple requests. I had to go to the desk for new towels I. Spite of requesting them twice. The bar was understaffed. The staff was friendly and promised to help but never followed through.

Liked: Overall, this location was pretty good. Although I would expect something a little better for the price I paid. Also on arrival I was told that it’s a charge of $20 to park overnight. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous that I should pay a hotel $20 to be able to park in their parking lot when I’m already staying there. This was not valet parking or parking garage. It was simply a parking lot.Upon check in, I was also forced to give up my ID for the privilege of being able to use one of their carts to take my luggage up to my room.
