AWFUL
Liked: If i could give negative stars i would. Just a quick recap - very rude staff- room smelled like weed, front desk refused to help - front desk agent wouldn’t accept my payment - another front desk agent accused me of stealing my room, even though they gave me keys.

It was ok - I...
Liked: The room was very nice. Most of the staff were very kind and pleasant, but definitely not about to go above and beyond. EXCEPT the breakfast staff. They were phenomenal.
Disliked: What was very disappointing was that we had to call down to the desk for extra blanket and the desk told us to come and get it. I was shocked. It has never been my experience that something like that was not delivered to the room. Also, in order to attempt to receive a message when our room was available (and possible early check-in) we had to download the Hilton Honors App (while standing at the desk) and that was CRAZY because it took FOREVER. Finally, the pool was closed on Sunday morning. It closed at 10:00 on Saturday just before we returned (hoping it was open until 11) and then Sunday it was not open due to cleaning (because they were so busy the previous day it needed cleaned) - I don't understand why it wasn't cleaned after closing at 10 or before it opened Sunday. This made it impossible to enjoy the pool before check-out on Sunday. A minor issue is that the bathrooms have no fans.
