Wish we could've stayed longer....

Liked: Loved the atrium and the breakfast. The hotel layout makes it very social and pleasant to get around. The large number of elevators is very nice. The rooms were clean and functional and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately the room we booked wasn't the room we got. The hotel overbooked and we had to settle for something different. Not a huge deal, we understand. The staff did a great job of making it as good as can be.

Liked: Stay here once a year. Everything was great. Staff is excellent and breakfast like always a 10!!
Disliked: This stay everything was 100%

Comfortable, relax stay that really...

Liked: The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable
Disliked: Only a couple things were overlooked that we noticed when it came to cleanliness.

Disliked: Hot tub water was very very dirty. Could not see your hands underwater. Hotel room had drywall coming off the wall. Elevator floor was very dirty and sticky

Liked: Breakfast was great! Staff friendliness and care was absolutely wonderful! Love the lay out of the facility
Disliked: Bathrooms are very small and hotel needs an upgrade

I would still comeback but...

Liked: Breakfast was really good and the staff that spoke English was wonderful.
Disliked: Our rooms weren’t very clean compared to the many Embassy suites I’ve been to. I had my infant with us and we had to call the front desk to come vacuum again. I’m use to Embassy suites being much much cleaner.
