Great hotel.

Liked: Loved the omelette season for breakfast. Enjoyed having the 2 room suite with 2 beds and pull out couch. Spacious for kids
Disliked: Bathrooms were tiny but functional

Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs...

Liked: The spacious room and happy hour.
Disliked: Sometimes hard to know where to park near the room.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch.
Disliked: The elevators were slow and often just didn't work., the breakfast was not very good. The TV didn't work right,and didn't have a guide. Someone was blocking the EV charging bay without using it for 3 whole days and nights in a row. When I informed the front desk, they did nothing. We only had one coffee pod for a 4 night stay with two people.
