Liked: Great breakfast!
Disliked: The whole property was dirty, stained and worn out carpet, just not professionally run. I get it that remodel is in the works, which we were not told when booking the room. I would bite the corporate bullet and close the hotel for complete remodel. That way, your customers would have no reasons to be unhappy with their stay there.

It was disappointing.

Liked: The location is close to the people I was visiting.
Disliked: The staff attitude. My initial room was not up to my expectations. I was moved to a room that did not suit my needs. Then I moved to another room which ended up costing me more than I was quoted through the website.it was just not what I experienced in my last stay there.

Liked: The breakfast was incredible! Best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. You staff was also wonderful - all staff that we encountered (front desk, omelette station, & table bussers) were very nice, happy, and helpful. We also liked the large hot tub in the indoor pool area and the large partitioned room.
