Liked: The staff were nice. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good. Overall a nice experience.
Disliked: Hot water did not work well. It would go cold then warm but not hot.

It's a great location for the Madison Theatre or for sporting events across the river. The complimentary breakfast was great - build your own omelettes!

Disliked: My Booking was not received by the Embassy. I had to call Booking.com because they choose to ignore the emails I sent them. Once I did get ahold of Booking.com and waited on the phone for about an hour they were able to confirm my stay with the Embassy. When I checked into the Embassy, the room that I was given was a single and I booked and paid for a double. I had to go back to the front desk to get a new room. When I got the new double bed room the front door did not lock. You could literally walk right into the room with no key. They sent maintenance to fix the issue however they could not fix the issue so I was moved to a new room. That is three rooms that I was moved to trying to check in while my daughters were there for a dance competition. Again, the staff was very nice however my experience at the Embassy Suites was not the best.
