Liked: The staff were nice. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good. Overall a nice experience.
Disliked: Hot water did not work well. It would go cold then warm but not hot.

It's a great location for the Madison Theatre or for sporting events across the river. The complimentary breakfast was great - build your own omelettes!

Liked: All around great.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: It was not clean at all the room smelled terrible there was dust coming out of the vents the toilet was not working properly

Liked: It was adequate for a quick night's stay.
Disliked: Happy hour was poor. It was hyped up but only had some poorly stocked fruit and some sweet bread.Also, we had our dog with us but was surprised at the cost.

This was an amazing stay...

Liked: The entire property was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. The room was wonderful. The stay included a top notch breakfast buffet and afternoon snacks. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay next time I travel to the Covington area.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We had a bathroom lighting problem and they quickly took care of it. Breakfast was great and it was a beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Our room had a terrible smell. We voiced our concerns because it smelled like it could be gas or mildew and no one ever came to investigate like we were told they would.

Please. Save yourself the headache...

Liked: Literally the ONLY good thing about this place was the semi-friendly staff and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: The cleanliness or lack thereof was criminal... at face value the hotel appears stunning. But when you start to really look it is not clean at all. Our room was filthy. Floors look like they haven't been swept, dust everywhere, our bathroom was terrible. Stains, hair everywhere, something in our shower that could've been food or leftover vomit or both... the faucet handles were rusted and dirty. The comforter in our room was torn and when asked for new bedding while we were at my daughter's competition, they came in and remade the bed with the same bedding. I had to have my husband call the hotel from 5 hrs away because I was being passed from person to person when I was just looking for our room to actually be cleaned OR given a different room. Couldn't get a different room because they were "all booked up," BUT there was a room 2 spaces over from us that sat empty all weekend. I know this because the way the hotel is set up they had the drapes open in the living room for all to see... honestly I can't believe this is a Hilton Affiliate. We haven't been able to get ahold of anyone in corporate to file a complaint and are now working with our bank to get a FULL refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY, PLEASE. The location is perfect, but that's literally the only plus to this place. This was our first and last stay with Embassy. I'm not one to complain or put companies on blast, but now that they're hanging up on us and ignoring concerns my patience is gone...
