Disappointed

Liked: The staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Booking.com offered a 2 bedroom suite, described as 1 queen bed in bedroom 1 and 1 queen in bedroom 2. Upon entering the suite, it was much smaller than what was on the website. There was only ONE bedroom with 2 queen beds, one of which was literally next to the windows, so the bed was only accessible from one side of the bed. I called the frimt desk to let them know I'd booked a suite with 2 bedrooms and was told their hotel doesn't have this type of room. :-/ There was nothing they could do. One of the chairs at the table was in really bad shape - the finish was coming off. And there was an empty tissue box in the bathroom - a minor thing, but just one more thing that was surprising, considering I paid almost $300 (with taxes) for one night. I could also hear some sort of pipe noise thru the night - plumbing issue? I expected a completely different experience, considering this was an Embassy Suites. .
