My stay

Liked: On the Booking site said 3 pm check in but the check in was 4 pm.

Horrible refund me my money...

Liked: The suite was nice besides the bloody sheets found and embassy is usually a great stay for me I am so shocked at this experience It has never been this way my parents are reward members
Disliked: Customer service horrible and found bleeding sheets in closet cover bag called front put me on hold for a long time never got back to me also first room door wouldn’t open waited 2 hours for a room missed happy hour and they gave me a free drink but filled it with alcohol it was disgusting threw it away ! Also The heat kept me up the vent was loud like it needed to be repaired turned it off

Disliked: There were 2 false fire alarms on Sunday March 16th. 1 at 1:30 am and the next 1 was at 2:35 am. Very very frustrating. Probably won't use that hotel again.

Disliked: The customer service it was a fire alarm twice nobody made sure to announce for everyone to leave the building nor did they ever let us know it wasn’t a fire.
