Disliked: At breakfast time, my daughter asked to kindly see the original package of one kind of cereals to make sure she would avoid some ingredients and the lady was very rude saying they didn’t have any package and dismissed her very abruptly. Honestly I felt embarrassed myself for such a kind of unprofessional and rude attitude!

Liked: Gloria's Omelet was top notch. She makes amazing pancakes. Julia has the best personality. She was the best part of our trip.

Liked: The room was just right, fridge and coffee and suite set up were perfect
Disliked: The magnifying makeup mirror was not working properly so I had to hold it in position. Staff at front desk was friendly and then allowed another guest to interrupt us so he could ask for her help with his cake.

Nice hotel, near freeway, with...

Liked: Room was nice size and very clean, and very quiet until our last night. The amenities were very good, especially breakfast.
Disliked: The neighbors above us and next door were so noisy on our last evening, that we complained to the front desk, who had to call police. We had to check out earlier than planned because we could not sleep.

I would for sure stay...

Liked: very clean rooms ,thats very important,actually the whole hotel was very clean
Disliked: they advertised for room servive and when we called down to order,we had to go down to the grill to order and pay
