Liked: Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable! We liked the view from the 9th floor. I liked the soft lighting option in the bathroom, the spacious shower with glass doors, and the toiletry items. The hotel location was convenient for walking everywhere we needed to go and we found a nearby parking lot for $20 per 24 hours as opposed to valet parking of $45 + tip. We appreciated the chance to check in one hour early after arriving in town ahead of schedule. We did not partake in breakfast but the coffee was good!
Disliked: Thankfully our room was clean, but many of the common areas of the hotel needed attention. The pool area was heavily used the first day of our stay, so we went the next morning. There were clumps of hair in various locations around the pool deck and a table full of dirty beer and cocktail glasses left from the night before. It seems like the staff member who unlocked the pool in the morning would check on the condition but I guess not today! I also noticed how dirty the large staircase between the 1st and 2nd floors was. It looked like it had not been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time including lots of spilled drinks. By the outside doors of the lobby/bar area, there were drinks and bottles stuck in planters and lots of cigarette butts. Also, one of the housekeepers knocked one time on our door and did not say anything/announce who she was before opening the door to ask if we were going to check out. This was at about 10:40. A couple on the elevator said the same exact thing happened to them. This should not be happening prior to check out time!

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I had to pay a damage deposit that was told would be refunded but instead it was used for valet parking which isn't fair... I believe for the prices parking should be free.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff at desk either not there or not too friendly. Also did not like paying $55 for valet parking.
Disliked: Room was clean and comfortable, location also key for getting to stadium.
