Disliked: My husbands black jacket was missing from the room after the first night there. Reported the h theft to the front desk and was told to make a complaint. So unfortunate because everything else was good

Liked: Not a damn thing. My room was canceled out and giving to someone else. Plus you hve to pay $45 per day to park. Yall don't lost your rabbit ass mine. God is good cause luckily I found TRU hotel that honered my Hilton honors and they was great. Will never book at Embassy Suite Charlotte again. Good Day!!!
