Stayed so I could be in walking distance to GoMart Ballpark; friendly and helpful staff; nice room and nice layout of hotel; pet friendly. Highly recommend.

We love this hotel for everything - room, food, etc. except housekeeping. They harass you.

Liked: The accommodation and atmosphere as well as the evening reception and breakfast.
Disliked: Yes! The housekeeping staff kept knocking in the morning three hours before checkout. Once, even actually entering. Luckily we were dressed but could have been indisposed. It felt like harassment or that they wanted us out 3 hours early. We were on vacation!

It is a nice hotel, but probably won't stay again. Too pricey. I was really disappointed there was no free wifi, especially at $200 a night! I'm not going to pay for internet when I've already spent that much on the room.

Disliked: Our room didn’t get cleaned while we were there. I did report this to the staff.A piece of cake sat out on a table in the upstairs hallway in front of the elevators for a day a half.

Liked: We had a great breakfast; chief was very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beautiful hotel. Parking ok, a little far to walk unless you were able to park in front of the hotel-but limited parking there
Disliked: had a gas leak as soon as we arrived. BUT staff was great to assist us, and fire department was there promptly. Stood outside 30-40 minutes waiting for gas to clear but went right back to our rooms.

Disliked: Facilities - someone hosted a birthday party at pool and brought in food and huge coolers. There were 40+ kids in the pool, way over capacity. It was very clear this was against policy, but no staff did anything. We booked a family vacation and this was our single night to have the kids swim in a pool, only to have this experience. The pool was cloudy and gross after the party. Room itself was worn - furniture had rips and holes in it, tables were worn and tattered.

Liked: Good location, comfortable beds, plenty of room with 2 people in each room.
Disliked: The price seemed high, plus the added $15 plus tax for parking, which I was told upon check in. The bathrooms had lots of mold and rust, no exhaust fan. Breakfast seemed good, but we couldn't get a protein. The line for omelletes was really long, the eggs on the bar looked horrible, and the bacon and sausage pan was empty.
