Stayed so I could be in walking distance to GoMart Ballpark; friendly and helpful staff; nice room and nice layout of hotel; pet friendly. Highly recommend.

We love this hotel for everything - room, food, etc. except housekeeping. They harass you.

Liked: The accommodation and atmosphere as well as the evening reception and breakfast.
Disliked: Yes! The housekeeping staff kept knocking in the morning three hours before checkout. Once, even actually entering. Luckily we were dressed but could have been indisposed. It felt like harassment or that they wanted us out 3 hours early. We were on vacation!

It is a nice hotel, but probably won't stay again. Too pricey. I was really disappointed there was no free wifi, especially at $200 a night! I'm not going to pay for internet when I've already spent that much on the room.

Everything I wanted and much more; the staff was extremely friendly - the best I have ever seen. The hotel was beautiful, and very clean.

Exceptional

There were long dark hairs...

Liked: I skipped breakfast.
Disliked: There were 3 or 4 long dark hairs (most likely a woman's hair, but one can't be sure these days) I found on the bed or on the towels in the bathroom. I was able to survive the encounter without qualm, but it wasn't pleasant to pick those up.. after noticing them, I wondered what else was in the bed? But it was late into the night by then, plus I've slept under 2 feet of snow in a tarp for an entire month before, so it really wasn't worthy of calling room service; but for the price? I expected a higher attention to detail.

Disliked: The elevators quit. The piece of furniture in the bathroom holding the towels was pressboard and it was in poor condition. When I asked for more toilet paper it was promised but not brought.

Liked: It is a little pricey once parking and taxes add up, but it is conveniently located with nice rooms and a massive lobby. Breakfast was great! I loved the omelet-making station and plenty of seating. The suites were incredibly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of lighting, and I loved that the front room had a curtain so you could open it to the hallway if you wanted to not feel like you were just stuck in a room. It made it feel bigger and brighter. Employees in facilities, housekeeping, and food departments were all incredibly friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The waterfall in the front lobby smells awful! It ruins the experience of taking advantage of the lobby. It smells badly of a strong lake with fish. Considering that they have a restaurant, breakfast, and relaxing chairs in the lobby, you would think they would take care of that smell. It was rank! Some trouble with the elevators made for LONG lines and rude guests. Front desk employees could learn how to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the other departments.

Great location and outstanding breakfast.

Liked: It was a nice and clean property and breakfast was so great. The location is perfect. The parking and check in was not convenient though. We got to the hotel around 4 but there were no space available to even get to the driveway so we left to grab a bite and came back at 5:30 and they still didn’t have our room available to check in. We paid extra for parking since the hotel doesn’t have onsite parking.

Pleasant

Liked: There was only one elevator working and the hotel was packed. My husband and I waited with a luggage cart for over 30 minutes to get downstairs to checkout- everytime the one single elevator would stop on the floor- It would be full. We eventually had to carry all of our luggage and things down the stairs from the 5th floor and out to the ridiculously priced parking garage. $15 to park is too much with already paying 300+ a night to stay. Also during the walk to the car, I lost a brand new blouse that I had bought.
