Perfect. If your attending a function at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center - it's right next door. The room was spacious. Great atmosphere.

Liked: No hot water. The water was just warm. Phone didn’t work in room. One lady at desk was not very nice. Had to pay for hotel and then pay to park.

Was an okay stay

Liked: Rooms were very nice, and was very comfortable, but some of the staff wasn’t very friendly. I was also given a number to call/message during my stay and when I tried to use said number to contact someone I never got any responses during my stay.

Comfortable & enjoyable

Liked: The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable and the AC was very cold which I loved!! I liked how convenient it was to food places and shopping and the parking lot was easy to access. I will stay here again!!
Disliked: The bathroom floor was a little dirty and the tub could have been cleaned better. The coffee pot wasn’t emptied from previous guest. I will still book here again because we liked it a lot!

Disliked: I had to wait for 45 minuets to get to my room (it was not ready) for my check-in of 4pm. Then you tried to charge me another $100 for my room

Liked: Never received my email receipt from my stay. My email is [email protected]. The receptionist said she was going to send it by email but I haven’t received it yet of the amount that’s supposed to be back on my bank card. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance.
