Perfect. If your attending a function at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center - it's right next door. The room was spacious. Great atmosphere.

Spacious room, Hires special needs...

Liked: The size of the room is very comfortable. I love that they employ special needs people! The breakfast spread is amazing. Fresh omelettes!
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation, but that's ok. I can't wait to see it completed next year.

Disliked: The bathroom floor was nasty, and the bathtub had hair in it/ I called the front desk, and they said there is no one to clean it at 9 pm at night.

Disliked: This facility is under serious renovation, which was not mentioned when I booked. By 9 am all you could hear was jack hammers. It felt like we were staying at a construction site. It was awful. Staff was extremely rude. See below for the view from our room and our bath tub when we checked in. They do not have a hot tub! Don't believe anyone who tells you they do.

Disliked: We weren't told until after we checked in that we would have to use the bathroom/water features by 8 am the next morning before they were turned off due to construction. This would have been nice to know prior to my stay. A few months ago my husband and I along with another couple booked rooms for October. We booked the rooms in March. While driving to the hotel 20-30 minutes away, we get a call that we are getting moved to a different hotel due to construction. That would have been better to know prior to the day of - on the way there. I have stayed at the Embassy numerous times but unfortunately the guest communication and overall origination this year was a mess. The main reason I like to stay at the Embassy is due to the location but I will be looking at other hotels in the future.
