Perfect. If your attending a function at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center - it's right next door. The room was spacious. Great atmosphere.

Liked: Never received my email receipt from my stay. My email is [email protected]. The receptionist said she was going to send it by email but I haven’t received it yet of the amount that’s supposed to be back on my bank card. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance.

Liked: Our only problem was our bathroom. The toilet barely flushed and the shower wasn’t hot.

Great Charleston stay

Liked: Property was very clean and staff was super friendly. Location is good to move around N Charleston and easy to downtown Charleston.

Last Minute Stay

Liked: Wish the gym facilities had more quipment. It took a while to get the water hot for the shower.

Disappointing

Liked: Current renovation of the hotel blocked off passages and created a dusty environment which combined with the area’s high pollen count aggravated allergies. Also, we complained several times both electronically and in person about a car without a handicapped plate or tag that was parked in that small section preventing us from doing so. That said, our room was in the hallway that connects the hotel to the Convention Center. It was spacious and comfortable. Despite having to be relocated to another part of the hotel due to the construction, breakfast was tasty and filling. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located near both the airport and interstates.
