Perfect. If your attending a function at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center - it's right next door. The room was spacious. Great atmosphere.

Nice hotel and great value...

Liked: The breakfast was great. The evening social is such a nice touch. The room was a great size.
Disliked: We wish the pool was operational and there was a working ice machine on our floor. The hotel is currently under construction. The QR code for parking did not work.

Liked: The staff was courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The ground floor looked like it had not been throughly cleaned in years—not to mention outdated. When we arrived on our floor, as soon as we exited the elevator the carpet was noticeably dirty. When we arrived at our door it was worse. We asked to change rooms and we were told, “They all look the same.” Little did we know the truth of those words. If I was not exhausted I would have found some place else to stay.We checked out the next morning. I have photos I plan to send to Embassy Suites.

Shuttle bus glitch on arrival....

Liked: We were placed in a newly renovated room, which was appreciated. Rooms on other floors were in the process of being refurbished. Common areas are starting to look tired and need a facelift as well.
Disliked: When we arrived at the airport, no shuttle arrived. Called the hotel, but front desk did not answer and voice mail was full. Very frustrating experience...had to Uber to the hotel.
