The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

The room was spacious clean and the service was top notch. This hotel was excellent - we will be coming back again, for sure!

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

Liked: Well kept and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and personable. They were allaccommodating, even at dinner timeon a friday night, they squeezed our family in at the restaurant. Restaurant food with pretty good too!
Disliked: Location/ parking instructions were a bit confusing since i didn’t know the area. It ended up being valet parking only which kind of bugged me at first but i ended up appreciating after going out to our event.

Liked: Clean. Full breakfast included. Parking available. Room size was great. Sleeping was very comfortable.
Disliked: Could not order a wake up call. Alarm clock was fixed to go off at 6:31 am no matter what I did to reset it. In fact, it verified it was set for 8:30 am but then it went off at 6:31 am anyway. The shower head was bent just enough that water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. There were a lot of teenage girls there at breakfast. They were very polite and no problem at all. The problem was they all wanted to make waffles. Since the machine takes approximately 2:45 minutes and there were about 13 girls in line, it was over a 35 minute wait. Should have a second machine for use during extremely busy times. The coffee and drink cups were tiny (think European expresso itty bitty). Also the butter pats were elfin size so it took almost 10 of them just to butter the waffle (which took 40 minutes to get). I understand cost cutting measures but these were definitely negative downgrades. Even the garbage cans, including the bathroom, had no liners. Just imagining what may end up in some of those garbage cans makes me feel sorry for housekeeping.
