The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

The room was spacious clean and the service was top notch. This hotel was excellent - we will be coming back again, for sure!

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

Liked: There was on staff member that deserves recognition. Dominque S. I had called multiple times never did she get aggravated with my questions. I had the pleasure of meeting her when I checked in. I locked my self out of my room and popped in to the lobby unexpected. I whiteness her mange the phones check guest in and was alone with a full lobby. She handed everything with grace. Treating each individual with patience. Embassy suits you have an experience employee that exuberantly handles your guest with class and integrity.
