The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

Liked: extra charge valet parking was reasonable, friendly and very efficient
Disliked: dirty (streaked from cleaner) mirror and drinking glasses in room. Asked front desk if someone could clean , they said their runner called in and had no one. Staff was pleasant though. Cheapest manager reception by far for any Embassy Suites we have stayed in. Should have snapped a photo. It was a really weak effort. They shouldn't even mention to guests.

Liked: Room was great. Food was excellent at restaurant and the free drinks were a plus. Omelet station was great. The guy working that Friday making omelets needs a raise because he was an omelet making machine.
Disliked: Pillows were awful in the room, tiny and flat. The valet only was not that great. Let customers know that is their only option. Some people don’t want to pay valet after paying about 200 a night. Housekeeping not great, didn’t replenish toilet paper or sugar for in room coffee station. Had to use tissues for toilet paper out last day.

Liked: The staff were very helpful & answered any questions we may have asked. The rooms are large & smelled good! Clean.
Disliked: The thing I didn't like was there was no knock for room service & when we left the beds were not made. I wasn't informed we had to ask for it! Also the pillows were very uncomfortable & oddly small.

Disliked: the receptonist the pregnate women dont need to be in front desk welcoming guest , no smile at all like if you re coming to emergency she need to review her hospitality degree , room service that doest work you keep calling no answer and than they ask you to go down to the restaurant to give your order but what s the point of room service .....
