Liked: Hotel was clean and I loved raised ceilings and sturdy floors. It is more quiet this way although you can still hear hallway noise just like in any similar hotel.It was clean and except for one receptionist everyone was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was wonderful it had quite variety off food and was very well maintained. We will be back.

Liked: This is our 2nd year stopping in Bowling Green and staying at The Embassy suites on our way to Louisville for family Christmas. It has turned into a huge part of the fun of our "Christmas in Kentucky" The decor inside, the firepits outside and the Christmas lights upon arrival make it feel so special. We love being able to grab a quick drink at the bar and then letting our kiddo swin in the pool . The breakfast is always exceptional as we head out to complete our trip. We will be back in 2025!

Very relaxing and my go-to...

Liked: The omelets, coffee and waffles were delicious.
Disliked: The scrambled eggs were dry, crumbly, and looked completely unappetizing. Very disappointed. Also, the hash browns did not look fresh; they were cold. In my room itself, one of the pillows on the couch was tattered, should have been replaced. An eyesore in an otherwise very clean room.

Liked: Cleanliness and the staff
Disliked: Breakfast was advertised as superb but it wasn't. Especially for vegetarian, kosher or halal preferences.The Cooks had no idea how to handle it. They had small cooking area, and all meat, poultry and vegetables were handled in the same place with the same utensils. I ordered a Plan omelet and wrote in a special request "Vegetarian," and it just tasted like ham!!
