Lovely hotel and stay but...

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Good customer service.
Disliked: Whilst our room was clean (as was the rest of the hotel). our shower stall had long black hair and black pubic hair on the floor and walls. Please see attached. I really didn't expect this given the price we paid and was actually pretty disappointed and grossed out. I mentioned it on check out and the front reception staff acknowledged it - but I expected a little more of a response than I received.

100% Great Place to stay..

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, Plenty of things to eat and the breakfast staff were so eager to make sure you had everything you needed..The complex was excellent and very clean, Also the staff was great from check-in to check-out and the Bar staff were great also.. Well definitely stay again when Am in Bowling Green..
Disliked: There is nothing I didn't like about this complex,It is the Cat's Meow for a place to stay.
