Liked: We did not utilize the breakfast this stay but hopefully when we stay again which we will in the near future we will get to eat breakfast at the site
Disliked: I did not like the light switch in our room did not turn on any lighting so I was bit confused what the switch was even for?

Beautiful Hotel, poorly managed!

Liked: Let me start by saying it is an absolutely beautiful hotel(new). The decor was very impressive. It was nice that they had a bar that was separate from the restaurant that opened before happy hour. The restaurant attached (Tony's-Ricci steakhouse)to the hotel was fabulous! The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: This hotel could be so much better. The staff were rude and seemingly untrained. The common areas were clean, but the individual floors and room were not. The breakfast area was not cleaned well at all. We were lucky to be at the end of the hallway so it was relatively quiet, however others in our party were next to barking dogs and another room with apparent unsupervised children whooping it up. When they called down to report it, they said they would send security, but nothing ever happened. There were a few major problems with the room. The maintenance person seemed overworked and I think the hotel was understaffed. This hotel is being grossly mismanaged.Again, not what I would have expected from a new Embassy Suites!

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Modern aesthetic with all of the amenities you could want. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, breakfast options were plentiful. Great hotel and great stay.

Liked: The breakfast staff were great.
Disliked: Shower needed to be cleaned and repaired. The caulk was in bad shape. Was told to request extended check out the morning of departure and then they were not able to give us that. We were getting ready for a wedding and had to be out 4 hours before the wedding. House keeping was waiting outside the door and front desk was calling at 1150. We only needed 30 more minutes but had to rush and get out because they acted like they couldn’t give us just a few more minutes. Added a lot of stress.
