Liked: Been here about 4 times now. Bar is fun. Very happy with the place. Pricey but everything in life is now.
Disliked: Cheap bed linens. Not the fault of housekeeping. They do a really good job.

Liked: location, rooms around courtyard, suites, staff accomodating
Disliked: Not enough staff to keep tables clean and garbage emptied at breakfast. Did not replenish the food and plates quickly at breakfast. Long line for omelets, only 1 cook. Not enough staff to answer the guest front desk phone line, was placed on hold and never got help.

Liked: I liked how kind the workers were
Disliked: Poor breakfast it was an hour latepee all over the coach in the living roommy room had empty conditioner and shampoo bottles and no towels the beds had no pillows old food left under the coach from someone’s pervious stay

Would not recommend this location.

Disliked: Walked into the room and there was an odor that smelt like kitty litter. Tried to find where the small was coming from and found bathroom had little hairs all over the tub. Sprayed the room down with perfume and went to the pool. Heated Pool was freezing and the hot tub we saw in pictures was no longer there. Got back to the room and the smell was worse. Asked to change locations and was told because I used bookings they could not help me even though there was another Hilton embassy about 30 minutes away towards our drive home.
