Attentive staff from checkout to...

Liked: We thought the omelet was excellent. The rest of the food, while presented attractively, was average. We couldn’t locate several items, most importantly, the coffee service. But the staff was exceedingly helpful and attentive
Disliked: The layout organization was confusing, at least for us. Non-meat protein , other than eggs, would be nice. Pump up the flavor of food, except the vegetable omlette. That my husband very much enjoyed. Keep your employees happy—that staff could not have been more attentive.

From frustrating to excellence.

Liked: Except for checkin, everything was superb. The hotel, staff, food, and room could not have been better. Will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: My reservations had been cancelled when I got there and I spent over an hour trying to get it fixed. Even after showing the desk clerk my confirmation from booki.com and the email from the hotel itself, I still had problems.
