Disliked: Beware of False Advertising – Pool Access is a ScamI booked Embassy Suites Bethesda specifically for the lap pool, even calling ahead to confirm access. Upon arrival, I was hit with a bait-and-switch—the pool was rented out during peak hours to non-guests, making it unusable for paying customers.This hotel profits off misleading advertising—it gets a higher star rating for having a pool, but guests can’t even use it when they need to. Management offered no warning, no solutions, just excuses. Clearly, making extra money matters more to them than guest experience. If you expect honesty and real amenities, stay elsewhere.also the breakfast ladies seem really nice until you realize how hard they’re pushing for tips. They have put tip jars all over the room and they’re constantly smiling and checking in on you to the point where it’s irritating and a bit aggressive. They took away my silverware so many times I had to get up to get another spoon between each bite practically… they came off as desperate like they’re not being paid a living wage …this property needs to pay these ladies so they’re not harassing their customers for tipsfinally be aware that if you do not request your room to be made up by texting management they will not come … they’ll just leave your bed unmade & your room a mess… they’re squeezing every last drop out of this property and their workers, going for maximum efficiency and profit. Minimum humanity. Corporate hell scape
