Disliked: Check in staff abrupt. Hallway to room on 7th floor smelled awful and fruity smell used to mask the odor. Only decaf coffee offered in room.

Liked: The excellent check in ! All the young ladies were marvelous! I wish I lived close. I would stop and visit frequency ! The Bartender at Caines and Grain was fantastic, he knew I was having issues with recent dental surgery and literally accommodated me to the point that I had a delicious meal ! You should be proud of your excellent customer service ! I am in this industry and your staff exceeded my expectations. !
Disliked: Everything from front desk staff to my meal and finally the fond goodbye!
