Liked: It was pretty close to the venue; bar/breakfast/standard amenities were all pretty good.
Disliked: The room.

Nice and quiet. Good location....

Liked: We liked the restaurant/bar area. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I believe our room had not been rented in awhile. None of the lamps were plugged in, we were missing both remotes for tv’s, that did nothing but turn the tv on. We were also missing our coffee pot. We had the cream/sugar and pods, but no coffee maker.

Liked: The morning breakfast was good. The lobby and common areas like around the bar were really nice. The pool and fitness areas were adequate. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious.
Disliked: The sound of the noisy elevators going up. Kinda hard to talk amongst ourselves in the common area with the sound of the elevators going up. LolThe climate control system in our room didnt seem like it was working properly. I tried to turn on the heat a bit to warm up the room and I got nothing but cool air.

Disliked: Jacuzzi need to be up and running, breakfast lines are unorganized , which cause angry guest. It was a lot of disrespect, only around this time.

Disliked: The houekeepers are very rudeand the older lady who works in the morning on the weekends at the front desk was rude to my daughter

It was a nice getaway...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. We had quite a few things go awry; and once they discovered our issues, they made an immediate effort to correct the situation and then compensated us with a night’s stay for our inconvenience.
Disliked: The rooms are starting to see much wear and tear. Much of the room equipment and public amenities were not operational. They ran out of food at the later part of breakfast both days we were there.
